MENOMIE BARS 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 slightly beaten egg
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Melt butter. Mix cocoa with powdered sugar. Combine eggs and butter. Add coconut and crackers.

FILLING:

1/3 c. melted butter
4 1/2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding

Mix and add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Spread carefully and chill.

TOPPING:

Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate or 1/2 package chocolate chips, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. cream.
