CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn

Mix all ingredients.

Bake in a greased baking dish at 350°F for one hour. (Knife inserted comes out clean.)
