RICE DRESSING 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
Onion tops and parsley

Brown onion. Add meat and brown. Add celery, pepper, and garlic. Cook 10 minutes. Drain grease. Add soups, rice, salt, and pepper and enough hot water to cook rice. Cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add parsley and onion tops and cook 10 minutes more or until rice is cooked.
