ROLLED CHICKEN SUPREME | |
6 (double) broiler-fryer breasts or 12 cutlets 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. sherry wine 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. butter, melted In a large bowl combine sour cream with the next 7 ingredients. Add chicken covering each piece well. Let stand in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Coat each piece in bread crumbs and roll. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking dish. Spoon butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Serves 6 - 2 rolls each.) |
