SAUERKRAUT AND RICE 
1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. rice
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato soup

Brown sausage with small onion; drain. Pour off water of large can of sauerkraut; add the rice and water. Cook until thick, then add tomato soup. Cook, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
