1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Beat egg white and cold water until foamy. Add pecan halves an stir to coat well. Add dry mixture (salt, cinnamon, and sugar) and stir to coat well. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
