BANANA SPLIT DESSERT | |
2 c. crushed graham crackers 1 stick butter, melted 2 eggs 2 sticks butter 2 c. powdered sugar 3-5 bananas, sliced 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 lg. whipped topping 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries 3/4 c. chopped pecans Lemon juice to cover a plate Combine graham crackers and 1 stick butter and pack into 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Beat eggs, 2 sticks butter and powdered sugar, NO LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Spread over unbaked crumbs. Dip sliced bananas in lemon juice and layer them over cream. Add crushed pineapple. Top with a layer of Cool Whip, cherries and pecans. Refrigerate overnight. 15-16 servings. "Never eat more than you can lift!" -- Miss Piggy |
