PORK PATTIES (LABDAPECSSENYE) 
2 lbs. ground pork, if you like (you can use 1/2 pork and 1/2 beef)
2 slices dry bread, soaked in water and squeezed out
3 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. fresh or dry parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika
Touch of garlic

Mix all the ingredients well and form into patties. Put in frying pan and fry slowly until well done. If meat sticks to your fry pan use a little bacon grease at first.
