CHILIES RELLENOS BAKE 
2 (4 oz.) cans/jars whole green chilies
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk

Cut chilies in strips. Layer chilies and cheese in oiled 9-inch square pan. Combine eggs, flour, milk and pour over cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool 5 minutes and cut in squares. Serves 6.
