NO BAKE BROWNIE FUDGIES | |
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 c. finely crushed honey graham crackers (about 20 crackers) 1/3 c. chopped pecans In medium saucepan, combine milk and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Mix in cracker crumbs and nuts on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar if desired. |
