QUICK FUDGY BROWNIES | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. cocoa 3/4 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts Without beating, stir sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs. Melt butter and cocoa together and add to egg mixture. Stir in flour and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees in a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Brownies should be soft. Let cool in pan, then cut in squares. |
