NACHOS 
15 oz. can vegetarian refried beans
1 lb. lean hamburger
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 lb. corn tortilla chips

Fry together hamburger, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain off grease. Mix in beans and tomato sauce. Spread corn chips on large platter, cover with hot mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot with or without salsa.
