HUNGRY BOYS CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 can of biscuits

Sprinkle celery, onion and green pepper in bottom of 8 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in pork and beans, catsup, water, salt and garlic salt until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup of bean meat mixture. Return casserole to oven for 10 minutes. Use one can of biscuits. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 minutes.
