BUTTERMILK FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white Karo
Dash salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
Vanilla

Put in large pan the sugar, milk, butter, Karo, salt and soda. Cook to soft ball stage. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick enough to pour for fudge. For pralines drop by spoonful. Beat stiff.

NOTE: When you start to beat don't overbeat. You can drop it when it's still warm. Gets hard in a hurry.
