2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cook first 4 ingredients like fudge 8 to 10 minutes. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased dish.
