ORANGE BRUNCH PANCAKES 
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. quick oats
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Orange-Honey syrup

Combine Bisquick, oats, sugar and orange peel. Beat eggs, milk, orange juice, and vanilla. Add to dry mixture, stir until blended. Let stand 5 minutes. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle, turning when golden brown. For orange honey syrup: combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel and 2 tablespoons orange juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup honey and 2 tablespoons butter, return to boiling. Remove from heat. Serve pancakes with hot syrup and garnish with halved orange slices if desired.
