BACON PANCAKE 
1/2 lb. bacon
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

Fry bacon in 8-inch iron skillet. Pour off fat, leaving enough to coat pan. Beat together eggs, milk, flour and sugar. Pour into skillet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with lingonberries or other fruit.
