1 Pillsbury brownie mix
1/2 c. very hot water
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
Ice cream

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Grease bottom and side of 24 muffin tins. In large bowl combine brownie mix, hot water, oil and egg. Mix together good. Spoon in muffin tins, filling about 1/2 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over bake. Take from muffin tins and top with ice cream or hot fudge topping.
