HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Allow potatoes to partially thaw. Season with salt and pepper. Spread in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix next five ingredients and spread over potatoes. Mix corn flakes and melted butter, then spread over top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
