GREASELESS CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
2 oz. chili blend
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. cumin
1/4 c. flour
3 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Saute meat and onion in oil until brown. Add chili blend and cumin and stir over low heat for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer over low heat 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle flour over top and simmer until served. (May be transferred to layer pan when water is added.) (Can freeze also.)
