BAKED BEEF STEW | |
4 lbs. stew beef, cubed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can tomato soup 1 env. dry onion soup mix Combine undiluted soups and dry soup mix with beef in a roaster pan. Add any desired cut up vegetables (potatoes, carrots, turnips). Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. This makes enough for 2 meals - it is delicious!! |
