BUDGET-CONSCIOUS HAMBURGER
ZUCCHINI
 
1 lb. ground beef
3 oz. mushrooms (about one can)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 zucchini, cut crosswise
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cook meat and mushrooms until pink is out. Blend spices. Arrange zucchini slices on top of meat. Pour tomatoes over this. Then add vinegar. Sprinkle flour and spice mixture, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
