HAMBURGER-ZUCCHINI SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (3 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. MSG
2 med. zucchini, sliced thin
1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

In skillet cook beef and mushrooms until meat loses its red color, breaking up meat with fork. Drain most fat. Blend in flour and next 6 ingredients. Arrange zucchini on meat mixture and pour tomatoes over top. Add vinegar and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
