GRAND MA BLANCHE'S POT ROAST | |
Single Brisket Onion Crushed Garlic 1 can Tomato Soup 1 can (16oz.) Tomato Sauce Onion Soup Mix Layer onions on bottom of roasting pan Lay Brisket on top. Rub top of meat with garlic. Pour soup and sauce over and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover loosely with tin foil and pierce 3-4 times. Cook at 375 for 2 1/2 hours until fork tender.
