PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
3 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Take out 1 cup yellow cake mix set aside for topping. Mix 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg and remaining cake mix together.

Press into 9 x 13 greased pan. Set aside.

Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar together. Pour over cake mixture in pan. Top with crumbled mixture of 1 cup cake mixture in pan. Top with crumbled mixture of 1 cup cake mix, cinnamon sugar and butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until set. Serve with Cool Whip.
