QUICK BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Tear up bread, any kind, and put in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Crumble and spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
