CHEESE BALLS 
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. very finely chopped pecans (for trim)
Garlic salt - to taste
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped very fine
1/3 c. onion, chopped very fine

Let cheese soften. Beat with mixer until creamy. Add all ingredients except nuts. Set in refrigerator until mixture starts to get firm. Mold into one ball or log or two medium logs. Roll in chopped pecans. Pecans may also be added to cheese. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate.

Can be rolled in finely cut chopped beef also.
