ASPARAGUS SPEARS AND HAM 
12 asparagus spears (fresh)
12 slices ham
1 c. cheddar cheese
Milk (approximately 1/2 c.)

Roll each asparagus spear into a slice of ham. Hold together with a toothpick and arrange in a baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt cheese with milk into a thick soup consistency. Pour over ham and asparagus. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
