HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. Hershey bar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix eggs and cream. Add sugar, cocoa and salt; mix well and cook slowly until thick. This can be done in the microwave, if desired. Remove from heat and add the Hershey bar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
