INDIVIDUAL BAKED ALASKA 
5 egg whites
2/3 c. powdered sugar
Already baked brownies, cut into squares
Vanilla ice cream, cut into squares to match the size of the brownies

Beat 5 egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.

Place ice cream square on top of brownie. Cover the ice cream and brownie with meringue, being careful to "seal" meringue to sides of brownie so it will not shrink away during baking.

Bake at 475 for about 4 minutes until meringue is golden brown. Serve immediately.

Also good with a variety of ice cream choices.
