GREEN GODDESS DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped chives
3 anchovy fillets, minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of black pepper
6 tbsp. powdered cream substitute
6 tbsp. boiling water

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat with whip until well blended. Chill to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing. Use for shrimp and other seafood salads.
