THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. chopped onion
2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 915 oz.) can lima beans
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 to 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Brown beef and onion; drain and turn into large casserole or bean pot. Brown bacon; drain and add to meat. Stir remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes or bake in slow cooker or oven at 325 to 350 degrees, about 1 hour.
