GREEN DEATH 
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 zucchini
2 lg. mushrooms
8 eggs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach according to package directions, drain and set aside. Saute onions in vegetable oil. Let cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper to taste. (Usually needs lots of salt.) Mix in spinach and sauteed onions. Pour into oblong glass baking dish and place sliced zucchini and mushrooms on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until firm. Remove, cool and refrigerate. Slice in squares and serve as hors d'oeuvres.
