1/2 c. butter 5 med. potatoes Parmesan cheese Melt butter and pour into small bowl or cup. Thinly slice (do not peel) potatoes. Dip potatoes into melted butter covering both sides. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto top side of potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. | |
