MARINATED VEGETABLES 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
broccoli flowerets
1 lb. mushrooms
2 cans black olives
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
2 cans baby carrot fingerlings
1 lb. asparagus, blanched
1 pkg. stemmed cauliflower

Marinade:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Mix marinade ingredients and pour over veggies. Marinate for 8 to 10 hours.
