1 lg. can pumpkin (4 c.) 1/2 c. butter White cake mix Mix pumpkin up as if making pumpkin pie. Directions on back of pumpkin filling can. Pour pumpkin mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan that is greased. Then sprinkle dry white cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Melt the butter and sprinkle that over the dry cake mix. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with whip cream on top. |
