1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 sticks butter
1 box Crispix cereal
Powdered sugar

Melt together in a pan (chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter). Pour over Crispix cereal and mix well. Get a large plastic baggie. Fill 1/2 full with powdered sugar. Put half of the Crispix in the bag and shake, then put in a spaghetti strainer and shake. Then, pour into a pan. Repeat until Crispix is gone.
