PECAN PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch once crust pie
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecan halves or pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pastry. Beat sugar, butter, corn syrup, bourbon, salt and eggs with mixer. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake until set 40 to 50 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled about 2 hours at least.
