BAKED CORN 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, defrosted
1 pt. sour cream
3 to 4 eggs
8 to 10 oz. mild sharp cheese, shredded
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Grease 2-quart casserole dish with butter. Beat eggs and blend in sour cream (wire whip works best). Pour over corn in casserole and add the cheese. Can be stirred with a fork just to blend.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until fluffy and golden brown on top and looks solid in center, no liquid left.
