STRAWBERRY AND PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 stick butter 4 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/4 c. sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O Crush pretzels to chopped nut size. Spread in 8 x 11-inch pan. Pour melted butter over pretzels. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar together and spread over cooled pretzels. Prepare Jell-O as directed on package. Mix in thawed strawberries and congeal slightly. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Congeal completely and serve. Pretzels taste like nuts. |
