VERMONT APPLE SLAW | |
1 qt. shredded cabbage 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 c. chopped apples 1/2 c. Kraft mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 c. raisins Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients mixing lightly. Chill and serve in cabbage leaf lined bowl and top with apple slices if desired. |
