BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 1 c. pecan pieces 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water; mix well. Spread half of batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix sugar, pecan pieces and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter into pan, top with sugar mixture. Bake at 350°F for 40 - 50 minutes. |
