EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned
1 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
1 can English peas
1 can carrots

Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Add broth, soup and vegetable. Mix flour, milk and butter. Spread on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
