LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled & whipped
1 box lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese, crumbled
1 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers

Melt Jello in 1 cup hot water. Mix Jello, milk and cream cheese; add sugar. Crumble bottom of dish with vanilla wafers. Pour mixture in dish. Place in freezer.
