CHICKEN A LA RAGU 
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned and split
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, (Ragu, Prego, etc.)

Dip chicken in eggs and then in bread crumbs. Brown in skillet using olive oil. Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with 6 ounces of Mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Pour spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
