MACARONI & CHEESE 
1/4 c. Muenster cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. pkg. noodles

Combine cheese, parsley and eggs well. Cook medium noodles and drain 6 to 7 minutes. Put part of noodles on bottom of casserole and half of cheese mixture next. Repeat. Pour milk over all. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
