BETTY'S MIXED VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tube of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter (melted)

Spread frozen vegetables in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add other vegetables, celery and onions. Then add mayonnaise on top. Use a small amount of melted butter in a bowl. Add cheese and spread on top. Add the remaining melted butter to the crushed crackers and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until brown.
