BEEF CRANBERRY STEW 
1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, cut into cubes
1 can whole cranberries
1 (8 oz.) jar red or white horseradish or 6 oz.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and mix well. Place in dish uncovered until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with buttered noodles, crusty bread and a green salad. This is delicious. You cannot taste the horseradish and it makes the meat very tender.
