BEEF STEW WITH DUMPLINGS 
2 1/2 lb. lean beef for stew
Flour
1 box frozen lima beans (more if you like)
4 potatoes (med. size), cubed
2 or 3 carrots, sliced (more if you like)

Put beef in plastic bag, add flour and coat beef, brown in oil. After beef is browned add about 2 cups of water and let beef cook (simmer until tender).

Add potatoes and carrots, let cook with beef, let that cook over low flame until tender add in more water if needed. Add lima beans last. Let all cook together until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dumplings: Use the recipe on the Bisquick Box. FAST, SIMPLE AND EASY.
