BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing

Combine broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. In a fry pan, melt butter and mix in stuffing. Put stuffing on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
